If possible, prepare a concept drawing or blueprint of your model including; overall dimensions, internal diameter, flexibility and reference images (e.g. Dicom, CT, X-Ray, CAD, hand drawing). The silicone used to construct our vascular models has a Shore hardness range of 37-39, a tear resistance of 21 N/mm ^ 2 (120 ppl), a tensile strength of 6.3 N/mm ^ 2 (920 psi), a maximum elongation of 340%, a specific gravity of 1.08 and a modulus of elasticity of 3.1-3.4 (450-500 psi). To accommodate the lubricity of natural blood vessels, we recommend adding 0.6% baby shampoo. This concentration has been our standard for many years and has been verified by several doctors. Baby shampoo is easy to obtain, simple and economical to use. Our boats have also proven to be compatible with all other solutions.

Silicone all the solutions we have tested. In the cleaning process we use soapy water and alcohol. Our customers are used to just a few examples, glycerine, petroleum jelly and natural blood.
